Although both the sides have their reservations, however,
petitioners have also relied upon judgment Bhule Ram Vs UOI decided
on 3.6.2010 (Ex PW1/1) tendered in evidence, to show that market value
of land of Rs. 9,53,130/ per acre has been determined in respect of land
in question and the same is to be considered for petitioners' land also.
