consequential order Karmanya Singh Sareen Vs. Union of
India & ors. (W.P(c) No. 7663 of 2016 and the same is in
appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in
Karmanya Singh Sareen & Anr. Vs. Union of India (SLP (C) No.
804 of 2017).
