In authority Firestone Tyre case (supra), it has been held by the Apex Court that the Labour Court can appreciate the evidence before the domestic inquiry and the evidence produced before the Labour Court, but, in the present case, the Labour Court, after going through the inquiry report and the evidence produced before it came to the conclusion that the domestic inquiry was legal and as such the petitioner cannot have the benefit of the above-said authority.
