14. Reliance was also placed on the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court in
"Vallal RCK v. Siva Industries & Holdings Ltd (2022) 9 SCC 803 where the
promoter of the Corporate Debtor was allowed to propose a settlement to the
Committee of Creditors ('CoC' in short). It was therefore contended that the
Appellant in the present case also enjoyed the authority to propose a settlement
to settle claims of the creditors of the Corporate Debtor.
