Chandigarh and Another" against the
judgment dated 25.10.2018 of this
Court. While disposing of the appeal,
Hon'ble Supreme Court, vide judgment
dated 20.4.2022, had set aside the
impugned order dated 25th October
2018 and the order passed by the
Principal Secretary to Government,
Punjab, Department of Home Affairs
and Justice on l7th December, 2009
terminating the services of the appellant
and requested the Full Court of this
Court to reconsider the matter.
