(d) The Registrar of trade marks has not put any limitation on the use of the word 'Ultra' as part of the Plaintiffs' registered trade marks. So also, by reason of the long, continuous and extensive user of the Plaintiffs' marks bearing the word 'Ultra', the word has come to acquire a distinctive secondary meaning associated with the Plaintiffs' goods.
