6. PW1 M. Settu is the complainant. He deposed that in the
year 2014 he was doing the job of driving at contract basis.
However, these days he was employed at Kothi No. 201, Som
Vihar as driver. He did not remember the exact date, however, 4
years back at about 11:00 p.m. he was coming back home and
when he reached near his home, all the accused persons attacked
him by rods and danda's. His wife, his kids, his sister Malti and
other sister Manju came out from inside his home. The accused
persons sprinted the chili powder in the eyes of his wife, his kids

and his sisters and thereafter the accused persons had beaten his
wife also. He did not know anything about these case.
