Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that against
the Division Bench judgment of this Court in D.B. Civil Writ
Petition No.5373/2015 (Hindustan Zinc Limited Vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors.) as also the connected matters which were
decided by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2015 against the
petitioners therein, SLP has been filed before the Hon'ble Supreme
Court with the leading case SLP (Civil) No.23605-23611/2016
where an interim order has been passed in favour of the
petitioners on 31.03.2017.
