56. Hence the prosecution through testimony of all the star
witnesses have specifically deposed that after the initial altercation,
which was pacified, all the four accused persons, duly armed, came
back with a common intention to beat Naveen Thakur. During
quarrel / beatings, when Amit and Sumit - sons of injured tried to
save their father, they were also beaten by the accused persons.
