2. Submissions on behalf of the Petitioner have been addressed by Mr.
Mishra, ld. Counsel. He placed on record the judgment passed by ld. Single
Judge in W.P.(C) 8687/2011 titled 'Union of India v. Rajeev Ranjan
Verma' to argue that this is the only decision which the CIC has relied upon
to direct the disclosure of the information.
