Om Prakash Sinha & Ors vs Jugal Kishore Prasad & Ors on 15 July, 2010
The evidence on record thus established
that Sh. Amrik Singh and Sh. Satnam Singh are the relatives of the
tenant/respondent Sh. Harbans Singh. Sh. Amrik Singh is his nephew and
Sh. Satnam Singh is his younger brother. Presence of these two persons
in the shop does not amount to sub-letting. My findings in this regard finds
support of principles of law laid down in Om Parkash v. Jugal Kishe and
others (supra) relied on by Ld. Counsel for the respondent.
