Madhur Baghrecha vs The State Of Madhya Pradesh on 14 January, 2022
In conclusion, after careful scrutiny of the facts and
circumstances of the case and the material available on
record and also considering the orders passed by the Delhi
High Court in the case of Lalit Kumar Vats (supra) and also
by this Court in the case of Madhur Baghrecha (supra), in
my opinion, the present case is a fit case where this Court
can exercise extraordinary power provided under Section 482
of Cr.P.C and quash the FIR.
