Both the OPs have committed deficiency in service. The complainant is
entitled to get the compensation, as prayed by her in the complaint,
from both the OPs, but the learned District Forum erroneously
exonerated the O.P. No.1 from the liability. The appeal

the OPs be held liable to pay the amounts jointly and severally, to the
