Ltd. vs. Lata Jain on 06.03.14 in which OP was directed to pay Rs. 11,00,000/- as depreciated value of the car, compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- for harassment and mental agony. At the same time the manufacturer was allowed to take away the car from the dealer. That case pertains to none else but OP 1 of present case.
