29. Upon perusal of the aforesaid definition, it can be inferred that the term "industry" includes within its ambit any service or employment. This Court finds it germane to refer to the judgment of Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (supra), wherein, it was held that the research institute falls within the definition of "Industry" as defined under the Act.
