On the other hand, the said document can still be used for a limited
purpose to ascertain the nature of possession as in the instant case the agreement
shows that the possession was permissive. An unregistered document can always
be availed of for the purpose of showing character and nature of possession of the
person who was placed in possession of the property under that document.
