22.11.2021 passed by the learned DRT, Jaipur in TSA 10/2021 titled as
"Tulip Data Services & Anr. Vs. Edelweiss ARC Ltd. & Anr.". The
respondents filed a Securitisation Application being TSA No.10/2021 before
the DRT, Delhi. Since there is no Presiding Officer at any of the DRTs
Delhi, the said application was transferred for hearing to DRT, Jaipur upon
