Therefore, in view of the law laid down by this Hon'ble Court in case of Swatantra Kumar Singh Vs. Gorakhpur Kshetriya Gramin Bank reported in 2000 (2) UPLBEC page 674 the services of the petitioner would be deemed to be confirmed after the expiry of the period of 2 years from 10.12.2001, though no specific order was passed by the respondents for the confirmation of services of the petitioner and other similarly situated persons on the post of Milk Inspector. As a matter of fact no orders have been passed for confirming the services of the employees working on the post of Government Milk Supervisor or Milk Inspector or Senior Milk Inspector.
