18. The appellant had inflicted a major blow on the stomach
of the deceased due to which urinary bladder was cut and there
were two other injuries also. The deceased was died on the
spot. The Hon'ble Apex court in the case of Virsa Singh Vs.
State of Punjab, AIR 1958 SC 465 has held as under in
regard to intention and motive of accused :-
