12. Incidentally, in both the matters viz. Vaijnath Zunjkar and Yogesh Kakulte (supra), division bench of this Court had similarly 7 WP / 7545 / 2024 observed that the committee could not have insisted for pre- constitutional record and set aside its orders refusing to validate the tribe claims, however, precisely noting that in both those matters, the claimants had been successful in the affinity test.
