consignment note Mark X (colly), the consignee's name and address is
mentioned as self. He further stated that the complainant has one office ... consignee as 'self'. It is also admitted by AR of complainant
that the meaning of 'self' as consignee means that
self. The consignor and the
consignee are the same. Consignor is the plaintiff and the consignee was
self which means the plaintiff. It is thus
booking and sometimes it is paid at
destination by the consignee. He self stated that sometimes, the
payment is made after the acknowledgment of delivery ... shows that the consignor and the consignee are the same as the
consignee has been mentioned as 'Self '. Thus, when the consignor
consignments were booked by the
defendant No.3 with 'self' as consignee, the same were not to be
delivered to the defendant

plaintiff, "BMC" is the consignor and "Self" is the

the word 'Self' written as the name of the consignee and despite such
entries, the goods were actually delivered
from the defendant to the plaintiff
