GSSSBB, Sewa Kutir, Kasturba Nagar,
New Delhi (school for blind and deaf children). The applicant had
approached the respondent No.1 on 03.05.2014, for extending ... following comments:-
"The Department of Social Welfare runs schools meant for Deaf,
Dumb, Blind and Mentally Retarded children for the purpose of
imparting education
upto a maximum of 10 years, in the case, of blind, deaf-mute and
Orthopaedically handicapped persons,

petitioner made series of representations to absorb him, the
authorities turned deaf ear. But by letter dated 01.03.2014, the

make the payments; however the requests fell on deaf ears as defendant failed

4.11 In the year 1991, a special
