GSSSBB, Sewa Kutir, Kasturba Nagar,
New Delhi (school for blind and deaf children). The applicant had
approached the respondent No.1 on 03.05.2014, for extending ... following comments:-
"The Department of Social Welfare runs schools meant for Deaf,
Dumb, Blind and Mentally Retarded children for the purpose of
imparting education
upto a maximum of 10 years, in the case, of blind, deaf-mute and
Orthopaedically handicapped persons,

orthopaedically handicapped etc. will be eligible for grant of cumulative
petitioner made series of representations to absorb him, the
authorities turned deaf ear. But by letter dated 01.03.2014, the
persons appointed much after the petitioner
requested the defendant to
make the payments; however the requests fell on deaf ears as defendant failed
to pay the outstanding amount; viii) that

upto a maximum of 10 years, in the case, of blind, deaf-mute and

(v) ensure that the education to persons who are blind or

respondent authorities.
4.11 In the year 1991, a special
