witness had referred to two folders, and in one folder, there

DVR containing the CCTV footage of the incident in
question.
v. On perusing ... prosecution witness, he has clearly stated that though
the DVR was removed from the Pan shop of the
applicant's brother Ashwin
named in FIR and he is owner of a Pan Shop
wherein DVR of the CCTV was installed. He submits that the applicant has
