3.The prosecution case as it emerges from a Fard-beyan,
Exh. 3 made by the informant, Surnath ... Deoghar Police Station arrived at the place of occurrence
and recorded Fard-beyan, Exh. 3 of Surnath Jha at about
appeal of appellants-Shri Bhagwan Singh and Sudersan Singh only.
