consider petitioners'
case for sending them in the training of

4. Learned State Counsel prays for
and is granted 03 days ... time to seek
instruction in the matter regarding the
training of Patwari/Lekhpal, which is
going on, as per learned counsel for the
petitioners
duties of the Revenue Sub Inspector
(Lekhpal) owing to the fact that the Revenue Sub Inspectors (Lekhpal)
in District Haridwar have abstained from their work ... that very shortly
as soon as the said training is completed, the 49 Revenue Sub
Inspector (Lekhpal) would get the charge, and accordingly, the dearth
duties of the Revenue Sub Inspector
(Lekhpal) owing to the fact that the Revenue Sub Inspectors (Lekhpal)
in District Haridwar have abstained from their work ... that very shortly
as soon as the said training is completed, the 49 Revenue Sub
Inspector (Lekhpal) would get the charge, and accordingly, the dearth
sought a direction to send the
petitioner for training in the 17th Batch of
Training of Revenue Inspector/Kanoongo.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner ... name has not been sent for the training in
17th Batch of Training of Revenue
Inspector/Kanoongo. Feeling aggrieved by the
aforesaid reasons
Petitioners participated in the
selection process for the post of
Patwari/Lekhpal pursuant to the
advertisement dated 14.10.2022.
4. It is the case ... been cancelled for the
reason that they did not participate in the
training to be commenced from
01.11.2023, therefore, petitioners want
their name
