in procurement regions; the family benefit fund ... such as payment of arrears and dearness

benefit fund, etc. The preference in employment is only
paddy at Rs.700/- per quintal by adding incidental charges,
transferring charges, loading and unloading charges, etc,. The petitioner
has failed to properly verify

16. A perusal of these documents clearly show that the payment
for cotton loading and unloading through voucher numbers
ascertained at least for imposing
and collecting penal charges and not merely the freight
charges. This vital aspect is found now to be
sufficiently taken ... loading tolerance of 2 tonnes, as it is not possible to load
exact quantity of loose commodity. It is further contended that, if loading
facilities provided by the Licensee including revenues accruing from berth hire charges for the berth built by the Licensee.
