home town in Himachal Pradesh in August, 2011 to take care ... Initially the appellant was very happy to
have the assistance of the maid, but she over a period of time started finding
fault
medical condition, she was unable to move independently and two full time
maid servants were taking care of her day to day activities till
herein as per their own submissions had engaged a maid servant to
take care of the children and to get them ready for the school ... Court who confirmed that they are being taken care of by the maid
servant.
11. As rightly observed by the learned Judge, Family Court that
husband- Petitioner
No.3- Surender Pal Chohdda (since deceased) and their maid also joined
Petitioner No.2 and pushed her to lock in a room ... minutes and her maid scratched her
