With regard to quantum of maintenance, it is submitted that as
the respondent is working in a rice sheller ... This brings the Court to another issue in regard to quantum of
maintenance payable to the petitioners. The petitioner reiterated her version
that the respondent
maintenance is not barred under law.
The petition is allowed. The order dated 18.04.2014 is set aside
to the extent of refusing any maintenance ... attained finality
and that petitioner No.1 is legally entitled for maintenance. Quantum of
maintenance be determined on the basis of the evidence already available
maintenance from
the petitioner. The respondent is well qualified and has done masters in
education, therefore, she does not deserve to get maintenance ... employed or has a source of income.
So far as the quantum of maintenance, maintenance includes
money to satisfy the needs of food, housing, clothing
short 'the Act'),

stated that since the petitioner-wife

the Family Court granting maintenance in favour of the wife and
minor child by taking a view that the wife ... require examination
in the instant revision petition is with regard to quantum of
maintenance.
9. The scope and purpose behind Section 125 of the
Code
still minor. The perusal of this compromise
nowhere shows that any maintenance on behalf of these minor
daughters was given to their mother with whom ... from this Court.
As already discussed, nothing has been argued regarding
quantum of maintenance by the petitioner. He only argued on the
basis of compromise
calls for no intervention and is upheld.
13. Coming to the quantum of maintenance, Lata Ahuja pleaded
that Rajesh Ahuja is earning more than
supporting evidence about the cruel attitude of his wife.
On the quantum of maintenance, there is a bald
statement of petitioner as RW1 that
month. Thus, the petitioners prayed for grant of
maintenance @ Rs.30,000/- per month.
The respondent-husband filed written statement, wherein,
though he admitted ... petitioners observed as under:-
"17. As far as quantum of maintenance is
concerned, the petitioner No.2 has alleged the income of
the respondent
