JUDGMENT
Appellant/State feeling aggrieved by judgment of
Trial Court on the file of Special II Additional District and
Sessions Judge, Chitradurga in Special Case ... Ramesh further deposed to the effect that,
after three days of filing missing complaint through
accused No.2 he came to know that accused
missing for about two days and
thereafter they filed missing complaint. But we noticed,

Ex.P.1-missing complaint ... informed it to P.W.1, accompanied P.W.1
to file missing complaint. Even for about 4-5 days repeatedly
he had gone
complaint that he suspects accused might have
kidnapped her. The filing of the missing complaint was not
disputed.
20. PW.1 deposed that ... mother speak about she
