petitioners these 3 persons were assaulted and
murdered in "Mob lynching" by the accused persons and an FIR has
been lodged vide Crime ... since the deceased persons
were assaulted by the mob and they died due to mob lynching as such
the investigation through SIT to identify
persons. In such case which has taken place by
way of mob lynching what step his senior police officers have taken to
conclude the investigation ... thirty days
