the surprise check, two telephone numbers
appellant at the material time was working as senior lineman in MTNL, Delhi.
An application was made by one Ravinder Nagpal in his capacity ... appellant. That
person went out and the complainant also directed the MTNL labourers to
leave. Thereafter, 7 or 8 persons belonging to the CBI entered
complaint of Shri A.K. Sharma (PW-),
A.E., Vigilance, MTNL, New Delhi. He has alleged that Shri B.S. Meena
(A-1), Phone Inspector ... that total loss of Rs.15,15,814/- was caused to the
MTNL.
1.5.Investigation revealed that A-1 was contacting private customers
then lodged a complaint with the
CMD, CGM and GM (SouthI), MTNL, on 5.11.1999 and again on
20.11.1999, but he had not received ... accused DPS Negi.
