Paras Hospital, Gurugram, Haryana in emergency where she was
diagnosed with Paracetamol Poisoning (suicide attempt), and a
Gastric Lavage was immediately conducted to manage ... Paracetamol poisoning and she was kept under strict medical
supervision. It is stated that after the first attempt, she had tried to
commit suicide again
relation to tablets, syrups, and oral drops,
containing the active ingredient Paracetamol, in combination with other
ingredients, such as Tramadol, for the treatment of mild ... medical preparations, including tablets, bearing the WALPOL mark, contain
the active ingredient Paracetamol, and are sold in the form of tablets.
28. The plaintiff first
July, 2021, Plaintiff came across a product, "ZUMO Nimesulide
and Paracetamol" tablets [hereinafter "impugned product"] being sold by
Defendants, bearing ... Plaintiff
and Defendants, contain the same ingredients i.e., Nimesulide and
Paracetamol, and are prescribed as painkillers to patients.

12. The plaintiff claims to have adopted the mark "ALDIGESIC ... defendant manufactures and markets its product, also

"ALGESIC-P", again
report having not mentioned to the
percentage of dextropropoxyhene, dycyclomine and
paracetamol, cannot be accepted as a valid document with
