and sample mark S7 was found to contain diacetylmorphine and
paracetamol
examination, (i) Exhibit 'A' was found to contain
Diacetylmorphine, Phenobarbital, Paracetamol and Caffiene.
(ii) The Percentage of Diacetylmorphine and Phenobarbital were found
Diacetylmorphine 24.8% and 16.6%, Phenobarbital
45.1% and 55.2%, Caffeine 6.2% and 6.9%,Paracetamol 6
Monoaceytlmorphine, acetylcodeine and alprazolam. PW8 has
stated that Diacetylmorphiine
which opined that
it was containing diacetylmorphine, phenobarbital, caffeine,
paracetamol and 6 monoacetylmorphine. Percentage of
diacetylmorphine and phenobarbital 27.6 & 27.2.
3. Charge
from the possession of
accused was found containing "diacetylmorphine
Phenobarbital and Paracetamol and as per the provisions of
NDPS Act , Section
contents of the
sample contained Diacetylmorphine, 6Monoacetylmorphine, Phenobarbital,
Caffeine and Paracetamol. This report establishes that the accused was found
in possession of heroin.
