following intoxicating tablets
were recovered:-
(a) 31 tablet strips Tramadol Hydrochloride and
Paracetamol ULTRAFAIR (each strip containing ten tablets,l
310 tablets Batch ... June, 2021, Exp. May,
2023;
(b) 10 tablet strips Tramadol Hydrochloride and
Paracetamol ULTRAFAIR (each strip containing ten tablets,
100 tablets) Batch
wherein, the following ingredients were detected in the parcels :-
Parcel Tramadol Paracetamol Etizolam Domperidone
Hydrochloride
Court. Powder turned out to be intoxicant chemical-
Dextropropoxyphene mixed with Paracetamol. Total weight of the intoxicant
powder was 520 grams.
3. After complying with ... conscious possession of 520 grams of intoxicant power i.e.
Dextropropoxyphene and Paracetamol. Thus he has rightly been convicted.
12. I have heard rival contentions
sample sent to the FSL, only the presence of the Paracetamol,
Diclofenac and Theobromine had been detected, which did not fall

mg/capsule in the capsules
