report having not mentioned to the
percentage of dextropropoxyhene, dycyclomine and
paracetamol, cannot be accepted as a valid document with
evidentiary value ... stated- " in my report the
percentage of dextropropoxyphene, dycyclomine and paracetamol are
absent. I have not mentioned the description of the strips
sample was examined in FSL, it
was found to contain Diacetylmorphine, Phenobarbital, Paracetamol and
Caffeine with percentage of Diacetylmorphine as 15.3.
2. Since the appellant
diacetylmorphine and
sample mark D was found to contain acetylcodeine,
monoacetylmorphine, Diacetylmorphine, paracetamol and Caffeine and
percentage of diacetylmorphine were found therein
Diacetylmorphine",
"6Monoacetylmorphine", "Acetyl Codeine", "Paracetamol" and "Caffeine". Exhibit
A1 and B1 were found

contained Diacetylmorphine, 6Monoacetylmorphine, Paracetamol,
Caffeine and Phenobarbital. Diacetylmorphine is the chemical
name for Heroin
samples mark S1,S3 and S5
were found to contain diacetylmorphine, paracetamol and phenobarbitone
and sample mark S7 was found to contain diacetylmorphine and
paracetamol
