Learned counsel for the
applicant submits that the total 480
capsules of Paracetamol Dicyclomine
Hydrochloride & Tramadol Hydrochloride,
alleged to have been recovered from
packet Marked D was found to
contain Tramadol Dicyclomine and Paracetamol. The weight of
inner substance of ten capsules is 4.65 gm.
This Court finds
police. It has been further submitted that recovery of Diclofenac Sodium and Paracetamol Tablets IP (Oxalgin DP) having quantity of 2600 strips of 15 tablets
than the commercial quantity i.e. 39.5 gm which contains
Dicyclomine (20mg), Paracetamol (325mg) and Tramadol
(50mg) i.e., 39.5 gm. Tramadol falls under
Batch No.GT-31034 of Diclofenac Sodium &
Paracetamol Tablets IP is Not of Standard Quality as the 15 tablets and 18
tablets respectively
