23. Accordingly, the pre-arrest bail application

was on interim bail, he violated

getting the interim pre-arrest bail order cannot while
further submitted that after obtaining the order of
interim pre-arrest bail on 27.03.2025, the petitioner appeared before the
Investigating Agency and co-operated ... apprehending arrest in connection with
this case. It is also an admitted fact that after obtaining the order of interim
pre-arrest bail

made absolute.

14. Accordingly, the pre-arrest bail application stands rejected.
15. The interim pre-arrest bail
order, dated 14.09.2020, this Court granted the privilege
of interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioners subject to conditions.

bail and the further cancellation of the pre-arrest bail by the learned Sessions
Judge
