18. Any commodity falling within the definition of pre-
packaged commodity/packaged commodity has to make
declaration on such pre-packaged commodity violated
Section 18(1) of the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 and the Legal
Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules ... pre-package did not confirm to the declaration
