Learned counsel for the appellants submits that since

Dart Express Limited, and produced before the District Forum ... been assigned, as to what prevented the appellants/ Opposite
Parties, from procuring this document and producing the same, on record, in the

documents are available with them, as has been the

be presumed that he procured these documents,
