before this Court challenging the termination order and seeking
regularisation of services. This Court vide order dated 08.08.2011 allowed
the writ petition with following observations ... petitioner in service forthwith. The case of
the petitioner for regularisation of services shall be
considered in accordance with policy dated 15.12.2006,

regular pay scale only w.e.f. 01.04.2003 but denied regularisation of
services to the petitioners inspite of the order of this Court ... dated 15.06.2007, gave in principle approval to grant the benefit of
regularisation of services to the petitioners but the same was not
implemented and instead
principle of 'equal pay for equal work'.
ii).Regularisation of their services or alternatively considering
them for appointment against vacant posts.
iii). Direction ... duration they render their
services.
7. Regarding the claim of regularisation the services of
petitioners, since they are hired only for 89 days depending upon

months to accord them all admissible benefits of regularisation of services,
