11 of the RFCTLARR ... have deprived the petitioners who
were found entitled to compensation under the
RFCTLARR Act, 2013 , of a fair compensation
for the forceful acquisition of their
Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and
Resettlement Act, 2013 (in short " RFCTLARR Act, 2013 ").
5. For the reasons stated in the application ... writ petitioners compensation after
calculating the same in accordance with RFCTLARR Act,
2013 within eight weeks from the date of filing a
representation in that
Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and
Resettlement, Act, 2013 (in short ' RFCTLARR Act ') before the
District Magistrate, Siwan on 24.04.2023 has not been ... decided
in the light of the provisions of Section 64 of the RFCTLARR
Act.
4. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that
hereinafter referred to as ' RFCTLARR Act, 2013 ') and make
payment to the petitioners of the re-determined value of the land ... petitioners is to avail their rights
under Section 64 of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013 and not before
the Writ Court. Senior counsel submits that

' RFCTLARR Act ') to raise their grievances before the Collector,
Purnia, if they ... taken note of the provisions of RFCTLARR Act , this court finds
substance in the aforesaid submission made by the State-
respondents' counsel.
