2. The CPIO replied vide letter
complaint dated 8.7.2010 before the
Commission against the Stressed Assets Stabilization Fund (SASF), Mumbai for not
providing information to his two RTI-requests dated ... respectively for deemed refusal to his RTI-
requests. The AA, SASF vide order No. 18/10-11 dated 11.6.2010 has directed the CPIO
to furnish
appeal dated 31.12.2009 before the
Commission against the Stressed Assets Stabilization Fund (SASF), Mumai against
the decision of CPIO for providing incomplete and false information ... appellant's RTI-
request dated 17.11.2009 was replied to by CPIO, SASF, Mumbay vide letter No. BY/
SASF/ RTI/ 2605/ 09-10/27 dated
those companies which took loans from IDBI and now
available with SASF for one time settlement and can be settled with third party.
(iii) Please ... Please provide a copy of the trust deed of SASF."
2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 03.01.2022 and the same is reproduced
delegated powers to Shri B. W. Ramteke as the General Manager
of SASF through total of 03 points.
2. Vide CPIO order dated 12 June ... CPIO, Shri Yatin Mankad, DGM/FAA and
Shri Vijay Dheer, DGM Legal SASF made submissions from Mumbai
via videoconferencing.
7. The appellant submitted that
Pune and
its Subsequent Disposal such as passing on to the IDBI/SASF and to any third party, if any.
