Cr.P.C. and proved on record ... under Sections
323 / 324 / 34 IPC against the respondent, his parents and his
brother on 17.03.1999; registration of a Kalandra under
Section 107 / 150
except the defendant no.2 and 3 who were
booked under Sec. 107 / 151 Cr.P.C. The police falsely framed
the plaintiff ... that DW-1 and DW-2 admitted that a Kalandara under Sec.
107 / 151 Cr.P.C was registered in the year 1991. He argued
basis of the incident dated 19-12-2008, a case
under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. was registered and the said case referred ... with G.D. Entry No. 872 dated 19-12-2008 under
Section 107 Cr.P.C, it transpires that the incident occurred at around
offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324 ,
307 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that
some minor altercations took place ... informant on 17.05.2010 and in
that regard a proceeding under section 107 Cr.P.C.
was initiated. The informant after four months and
10 days
case registered under Sections 323 , 504 ,
427 , 380 , 147 & 148 of the I.P.C. and Section ... appears from the impugned order that
proceeding under Section 107 Cr.P.C. was initiated
against the informant. Informant himself stated that

accused were arrested u/s 107 / 151 Cr.P.C. He deposed that he kept pending the
DD no.7A as a result ... stated that the other party was not
arrested by him u/s 107 / 151 Cr.P.C. because they were in the hospital. He stated
also admitted
that on his complaint the proceeding u/s 107/151 Cr.P.C. was
initiated by the police vide ... will be apposite to reproduce relevant portion of kalandra u/s
