excesses of the genes or due to structural changes in the
chromosomes. Eg: Down syndrome, Chronic Myeloid leukamia.
B.3. Thus there

persons with disabilities, economically viable and
without entailing major structural changes in design;
(c) accessible roads to address mobility necessary for
persons with
possession thereof in their own right. Further the
defendants have made structural changes, construction, alteration etc. of
permanent nature in their respective portions from their
