excesses of the genes or due to structural changes in the
chromosomes. Eg: Down syndrome, Chronic Myeloid leukamia.
B.3. Thus there

persons with disabilities, economically viable and
without entailing major structural changes in design;
(c) accessible roads to address mobility necessary for
persons with
possession thereof in their own right. Further the
