permitted to make
additions and alterations but without making any structural change in the
demised premises when the parties on the basis of request made ... vehemently argued that as the respondent is guilty of making
structural change by removing the intervening wall and converting two
rooms into a big hall
case, both the courts have found that tenant has made substantial
structural changes which amounts to additions and alterations having

the rooms, well, parsian wheel and have effected material
structure changes. Those two rooms were on the eastern
side on the rented land
their own use. The
shop was old and required renovation and structural changes.
