20. Applying the aforementioned principles it would be
necessary to go through the suicidal note
dated 9.3.2022 17.3.2022 and the
complaint dated 06.04.2022 arising out of suicide note of
the son of the petitioner (Mahesh) (annexed at Exhibit -
