for its release on superdari. However, ld. ACMM called the defendant
in the court being the registered owner ... said vehicle was not released in favour of the
plaintiff on superdari by the ld. ACMM. Thereafter plaintiff demanded
his money back from the defendant

superdari to the respondent No.3/complainant-Om Parkash. The

In cross examination, he told
deposed that he got
released the stolen articles on superdari. Witness produced the bowl, glass
and watch in the court which were exhibited
Nawab, whereby he has been authorised to take the vehicle on
superdari, sell it or give the same on rent and take receipt.
Considering
watches, 18 watches were released on superdari.
Opportunity to crossexamine PW12 was granted to all the accused but
they did not question anything
phone to the police and
subsequently took it from the court on superdari. The photocopy of the
receipt of the mobile phone has been proved
