respondent no.3 but as soon as he got
it released on superdari, he moved an application to respondent no.3 for
registration ... Kumar @ Vishal Kumar Gupta or by him till it was released on
superdari in the year 2013. It is further submitted that even the said
vehicle reached the
spot, which he, later on taken on superdari.
In view of the discussion made above, this petition is dismissed.

reason that offending vehicle was got released by the petitioner on superdari in a
similar nature of case registered vide FIR No.6, dated
respondent No.1 for staying the release of said amount on
superdari was declined by the trial Court. However, the revisional
Court has wrongly
