the victim had been compelled to give Talak to the appellant.
18. Learned advocate appearing for the State has
submitted that ... favour. At that time, the victim had given the
appellant Khula Talak.
28. PW-2 had stated that on September

that the petitioner did not pronounce 'Talak' upon his wife.
Therefore according to him, Muslim Women (Protection ... Criminal Procedure Code where such
neighbours claim that the petitioner pronounced 'Talak' upon
the de facto complainant.

Apparently, there was a Talak given to the de facto
complainant prior in point of time than
defacto-complainant by way of an affidavit claiming
it to contain talak.
There is a previous police complaint at the behest of the
petitioner also

mediation took place where the victim gave talak to him and
expressed a desire to marry the petitioner.
Considering such materials
submits that the de facto complainant on her own gave
"Talak" to the petitioner no.1. The police complaint was filed
subsequently
petitioner that minor is in her
custody as also photocopy of the Talak Nama.

that, there ... Talak or divorce between the
petitioner and his wife.
