Mangala Temple has been constructed over Plot No.
1509/2918 over an area of 0.012 acres. The construction of a
temple, by whichever name called ... Tribunal, Principal Bench had directed demolition of Sri Sri
Panchamukhi Hanuman Temple Trust, Ratilo, which was
constructed within 35 meters from the embankments of River
Mahendrabhai Pawesha on trust has been
misappropriated by him and the temple trust has been cheated.
3 Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that

named and styled "Shri Maa Mansa Devi Temple
Dharmarth Trust" has started managing the affairs of
the said temple

thereby, caused loss to the Temple. Further, whenever the Hundial of the
Temple is opened, he would demand that ... Trust Board
Meetings and further, he should co-operate with the other hereditary trustees
for smooth functioning of the Temple. As regards his undertaking that
building and collect the rent in the trust properties and handover to the
temple. The petitioner is claiming to be a son of former trustee
Court in terms of the aforesaid order, directed the
cupboard of the temple office in which the petitioner defense
was that he had kept ... made out, as the petitioner has neither breached the trust
nor cheated the temple authorities, as was alleged.
